We are not offering expedited shipping due to COVID-19. We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on softspotfoods.com will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm IST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Soft Spot is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of India. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We wanted to let you know that it might take us a little longer than usual to ship your order and process returns.
We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Email us at email@example.com or call us at 99306 69837 within 10 days of the date of purchase. We will only be able to offer an exchange in rare cases of a deffective product. Refunds are only given for extremely exceptional cases. Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment. Please note, that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
If you purchased Soft Spot products from one of our retailers and are unhappy for any reason, please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase as we are not able to issue a refund or exchange. However you can email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can speak to the retailer as well.
Please note that all Soft Spot cheezes need to be kept refrigerated. This preserves the freshnes of the products and has been mentioned on our website as well as the product packaging. Soft Spot will not offer and exchanges on products that have been mishandled after delivery. I.e. products that have not been store correctly leading to spoilage. This applies to frozen Soft Spot products as well. We have clearly stated that we do not recommend freezing the product as freezing will ruin the texture of the cheezes.
